How does it heat without a plug?
The heating base has a built-in rechargeable battery. Charge it overnight with the included USB cord, then switch it on when you want to eat. It warms your food evenly, with no water needed.
When should I switch it on?
Turn it on a little before your break. Thick or dense foods take longer, so give those a stir halfway through for even heating.
Can I cook raw food in it?
No. It's made to reheat food that's already cooked, not to cook raw meat, fish, eggs or uncooked rice. Heat food until it's steaming hot all the way through.
What foods work best?
Leftovers, pasta, curries, stews, rice dishes and vegetables all reheat well. A splash of water stops drier foods like rice from drying out.
Is it leak-proof?
It isn't designed as a leak-proof container. Keep it upright when you carry it, and pack very liquid foods like soup in a sealed container.
How do I clean it?
Lift out the stainless steel container and wash it by hand in warm, soapy water. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth. Never put the main unit in water or the dishwasher, because it holds the battery.
Can I take it on a plane?
It has a built-in lithium battery, so pack it in your carry-on, not checked luggage, and check your airline's rules before you fly.
When will my order arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 4–14 days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as yours is on its way.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Email support@voreny.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You can also return it within 14 days.
