Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Voreny.

**14 day returns**
You can ask to return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts included (lunch box, inner container and USB cord).

**How to start a return**
Email us at support@voreny.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

**Damaged, faulty or wrong items**
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay anything to return it.

**Return shipping**
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of sending the item back. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.

**Refunds**
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

**Exchanges**
If you'd like a different color, email us and we'll help you arrange it.

**Your legal rights**
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
